When it comes to using your LumaSoothe, it couldn’t be any easier! Just follow the 3 easy steps!
Start by pressing the “Power” button and make sure the ON/OFF light is solid Green. [Flashing red light means its time to charge]
Get comfortable with your pet first, then place the head of LumaSoothe on the area to be treated (Such as the Joint area) if using the Surface Treatment Module please do not make direct contact with any open cuts or wounds, instead hover over the area to be treated.
Once you and your pet are ready to begin the treatment press the Treatment “Light Bulb” (red in picture) button to start the 15 Minute treatment. Once the automatic treatment timer has run out, the lights will turn off letting you know the treatment has finished.
Treatments can also be paused by pressing the “Light Bulb” button during a treatment. To resume press the same button once more.
That’s all there is to it, Typically light therapy will relax your pet during the treatment process!
We recommend for the first 3-5 Initial treatments, to start with shorter treatment time per treatment, around 5-8 minutes. This allows your pet to acclimate to light therapy.
Standard Treatment time per treatment area is 15 minutes, your LumaSoothe is programmed to automatically turn off after 15 minutes.
